A Day in the Life at Department of Industry, Science and Resources

Graduate training begins in part two of our project management workshop. In this training, we learn how to manage a project in two parts, both are relatively practical, and I found it quite useful. This training was also organised to prepare us for the Major Project we are undertaking.

I have been working on projects relating to Indigenous engagement, such as the National Reconciliation Week Market Day DISR hosted and using this experience towards making a NAIDOC week market event that will be even better than the last.

Anthony Hutt studied a Bachelor of Laws and is Graduate Legal Counsel at DISER.

Kirsty Roberts studied a Bachelor of Construction Management & Quantity Surveying and is a Program Officer at DISER.

In all my interactions, it’s important that I keep the customer front of mind and set realistic expectations for response times.

Bella Nassif studied Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science and is a Policy Officer in the Governance and Coordination team, COVID-19 Response Branch, Industry Growth Division at Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources.
