Managers are very accessible. Even though I am a grad, I feel that my input is valued by management. It is also very easy to chat to managers.

Managers re busy people with deadlines to meet. I find that in the small time you get with them, they have some good advice and are friendly. It is still a bit of a stretch to say they know everything and would be great to have one on one coffee and chats once in a while to break down any barriers and to get to know each other as well.
