After initial application, I underwent a phone screening which was followed by an invitation to an 45 minute online interview with my current manager (Project Manager), Senior People and Capability Advisor and HR representative. Within 11 days, I was accepted and offered a place in the FH's 2023 Graduate Intake. Following this, the onboarding process included providing important documents for identification/ verification and a medical which I scheduled for the very next day after receiving the offer letter.

The interview process included submitting an application with a cover letter and resume. Then once accepted, I had to complete psychometric training (I think) and a digital interview. This digital interview was done in a way so that a question would appear on the screen and then I would have time to prepare for it, and then answer it. This answer was recorded. Finally I had to do the face to face interview.
Graduate, Melbourne
The interview process was very simple and to the point. Throughout the interview, FH HR has made clear what they are looking for and what they can provide and asked me what I expect from them.

What questions were you asked in your interviews?
I was asked questions pretty much with regards to my past experience in Australia, and being an international student, the fact that they respected my internship experience was pretty helpful as that helped me crack the interview. The interview as a whole was pretty laid back which was the best part about the interview.
