What your day-to-day could look like:

We are now on the look-out for committed Environment & Sustainability Graduates to start their career journey in our Fulton Hogan Construction business. You will:

• Be involved with the research and implementation of sustainability initiatives, best practice and innovative technology solutions on our projects;
• Assist in preparing project sustainability submissions & facilitation of Climate Risk Workshops & climate risk assessments;
• Be involved in the development of sustainability documentation including materials/energy/water/carbon calculations, reports and registers;
• Assist with audits and inspections to assess sustainability performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Let’s Connect:

• A Bachelor Degree in Sustainable Systems Engineering, or a related discipline (e.g. Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering)
• Leadership, organisational and communication skills with the ability to develop, manage and maintain relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders;
• A high degree of enthusiasm and drive, with a strong desire to deliver positive outcomes as part of a team;
• A practical mindset, with a hands-on approach to getting things done;
• Flexibility to undertake regular travel to our project sites across the region, in addition to occasional weekend work or night shift.

The Fulton Hogan Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 12 month program, designed to assist you in obtaining teachings and exposure to various facets of our business.

Its purpose is to assist you to build a foundation for a successful career through the creation of networks, the habit of continuous learning and exposure to the skills and knowledge required. It includes:
