Recruitment Process

  1. Application - including CV and screenshot of the academic transcript on the last page. There are 4 questions for students to answer on the job page as well.
  2. A 30 min phone Interview with a Senior Talent Partner within 1 - 2 weeks of application 
  3. Assessment day onsite at Culture Amp, covering behavioural and technical aspects
  4. Successful criteria:  

Completion of a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Engineering (or related STEM discipline) within the last 12 months or are in the process of obtaining it. The degree must be completed before joining the CampUs Program in February 2023).

Willingness to learn to work across the technology stack that Culture Amp uses to develop our products - React/TypeScript, Ruby, Kotlin, and Go but not limited to only these.

Proactive and clear communicator, values aligned with empathy and kindness and the ability to articulate ideas and feelings when writing or speaking, along with an openness to the perspectives others bring.

An alignment with our values and the ability to demonstrate them through your working practice.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Salary can be somewhat flexible - $75,000 AUD + Super + share options

Benefits - home office stipend, wellness stipend per quarter, Mac laptop provided, extra paid leave over Christmas, refresh days every quarter, passion days, learning and development budgets, access to career and wellbeing sessions.

we facilitate two performance syncs per year, giving employees the option for salary reviews, and career progression.
