I am responsible for the safety of the men and women I work beside, as they are for me.

Working in different areas of the business has allowed me to build a well-rounded skillset and a holistic understanding of the Qantas Group.

I’d encourage you to embrace all the opportunities, even if you’re tired (it won’t last forever), and lean into the rest times when you can.

I’ve been able to explore different areas of the business and narrow down my preferred career path.

With an interest in business but no prior experience, the ability to rotate across different areas of Australia Post as a business generalist grad really appealed to me.

In my first week at Post, I was lucky enough to be part of the launch of our new recognition program Thank you. This allowed me to be directly involved in running activities throughout the week to support employee wellbeing.

The coolest part of my job is the exposure I get to different departments, which has given me a wider perspective on the business. Particularly, I love working on analytics projects the most!

The best aspects of my role are having the opportunity to grow my professional network and the self-accomplishment of making a difference.
