CU people take their work seriously, but not themselves. This creates an excellent learning environment and enables you to be yourself at work. 

The work I have been given so far has not been limited to tasks that my team knows I can complete, but rather tasks that consistently push me out of my comfort zone.

My work can affect people in a very real way – working on a coronial inquest means I can help to give a family answers about their loved one’s death.

One of the best things about my job is knowing that you are helping clients achieve their goals, whether personal or business-related.

If you are still deciding where to begin your career I would advise you to apply for any roles you think you may be interested in. I found that with each job application I completed I developed a clearer idea of what I wanted to do.

As a graduate solicitor, I have rotated through four different legal practice areas. I’m now in the final rotation of the graduate program, working in the inquiries practice group.

Through my time at APRA, I had the opportunities to work in different industries and positions.
