In the early years of working at JWS, you get the opportunity to work in a wide variety of practice areas rather than settling in a specific team.

James Crowe studied ​a ​Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) (Honours) ​at RMIT University in Melbourne in 2016 and is now an Engineer Graduate at Wood.

As a member of the Thomson Geer social club, I find time to help out plan events and organise the events on the day.

Every year, each clerkship cohort participates in the tendering project, where they pitch the firm to a prospective client – it really gets your competitive side going as you want your team to be the one to land the client!

Jereome started as a graduate in 2018, as of 2023 he has been promoted four times and is currently a Senior Associate
