I love being given tasks I have never done before and using all the skills I have learnt during my degree and through my experience to give it a go. I get this nerdy buzz when I feel myself stepping out of my comfort zone and growing.

CU people take their work seriously, but not themselves. This creates an excellent learning environment and enables you to be yourself at work. 

If you have a dream or goal, just start where you are with what you have and don’t worry about any of the reasons why you think you can't do it.

Inevitably you can find yourself doing tasks that may not seem earth-shattering when you're doing them. However, being able to enjoy work by making strong relationships with my colleagues has made every second worthwhile.
