Recently we had a new intern join the team, as part of onboarding we do some pair programming - I found pair programming invaluable when I started my graduate program and it's something we do often.

It turns out that the next story is to configure and install a new software that I’ve never worked with before, so I spend a bit of time doing some background reading to try and figure out how it works before I start attempting to write configuration and installation scripts.

Alexandra Walker studied a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical - Honours) at Charles Darwin University and is a Graduate Engineer at Nova Systems.

Amrit Pal Singh studied a Bachelor of Engineering (Software) (Honours) and is a graduate software engineer at BAE Systems.

An studied Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) (Honours) / Master of Engineering (Biomedical) and a Graduate Hardware Engineer at Lockheed Martin.

Arnav Joshi studied a Bachelor of Engineering / Masters of Engineering at University of Queensland and is now an Aircraft Structural Integrity (ASI) Engineer, Springfield Lakes Tower (SLT) at Northrop Grumman Australia

We have a weekly meeting with our team and a fortnightly meeting with our broader team to give updates on what we are working on. This also gives everyone the opportunity to flag if they are having issues with something or if they will need more help.

Caitlin Kramer studied Robotic Engineering (Honours) at Flinders University and is now a Graduate Engineer at Saab Australia.
