Justin [00:00:03] So once you actually got into the grad program at WSP, what did your first few sort of days, weeks and generally the onboarding process look like? 

Nicole [00:00:08] It was a lot of just learning what WSP is, in general, as well as I think something that I didn't realise and I realised very quickly is that there's a lot of jargon within each team, with each industry, and it was very much just trying to learn what these acronyms meant. So, they were very helpful and you'll be sitting in meetings and just trying to adjust from being a university student to talking to the big bosses.
