Justin [00:00:03] If you can remember when you were going through the grad application process to CSC, what was probably the trickiest interview question that you were asked and how did you handle it?
Calum [00:00:08] Yeah. For me, probably one of the trickiest questions I got asked was, we're given a scenario. I think it would be like something like we have finished all our work and you don't have any more work to do. What do you do? What are your next steps? Those are a tricky sort of things. I guess the way I answered that, I sort of thought of the time in my last place where I might have had a similar experience. I thought about that, and I guess in my answer I made sure to use like the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Response). That sort of answer that really clearly and tip of all the boxes in that answer.
