Walk me through your graduate application process to WSP.

Justin [00:00:03] Can you give me sort of a high level walk-through of the application process to the grad program at WSP? 

Nicole [00:00:09] So my experience of the application process: I applied during WSP's like grad rotation applications, and I did pretty standard cognitive tests and stuff like that. And once that was all done, I waited a few months to get my first video interview, which is just you talking to a video, answering a few questions. And then a few weeks later, if that was successful, you would get pretty much like direct invite from specific teams within WSP. And once you do that, it's just about a week or so before you get your offer.
