Justin [00:00:03] So, Nicole, you're a grad at WSP, what is probably the single best piece of advice for passing the graduate program application process? 

Nicole [00:00:10] I think, just to be honest, when during my interview, so my background is very much renewables and generations and stuff like that. So when asked what I knew about rail, I knew absolutely nothing. And it was my honesty in that, that I knew what I knew. But I also didn't know what I didn't know. And I think that was definitely something that people appreciate. And it'll get you a long way to just be honest.
