What you will learn

Students will learn a wide range of engineering skills including:

  • How to manage a project
  • How to safely operate a range of machines including lathes, drills, presses, welding equipment and power tools commonly found in industry
  • How to draw using both traditional techniques and computer-aided design software
  • Configure and program a basic robotic system
  • Using computer-based technology programs to test and operate a multi-purpose robot

Career pathways

Upon successful completion, you will have the skills to begin an engineering apprenticeship in Mechanical Trade or Fabrication Trade.

  5. Sign - once you've completed your enrolment, you will receive a declaration form to review and sign.
