Step into the wonderful world of baked goods with the Certificate II in Baking.
Gaining skills in food safety and preparation, and learning to make biscuits, cookies, sponge cakes, and doughs, this course will equip you with the skills to start your career in baking as a Baker's Assistant. You'll also learn important retail skills, including customer service and communication.
This course is delivered as a School-based Apprenticeship only. Some students will receive the full qualification, whereas others will be awarded a Statement of Attainment.
