About this course

The mining sector is very different to other industries, due to the high level of risk involved and the large capital requirements of projects. The industry is becoming more complex as resource extraction moves to new jurisdictions and more difficult to extract resources in an attempt to keep development pipelines full. This stream is offered in partnership with the Western Australian School of Mines. By undertaking this stream, students will gain the insight required to make good decisions throughout the mining value chain.
