The aim of this course is to promote the professional development of educators in tertiary education. You will examine the role of the educator, and the knowledge, skills and dispositions required for effective teaching and student learning. Continuous improvement in learning and teaching practices is a critical focus of the course, by promoting reflective practice, innovation, scholarship and research.
Eligible students can take advantage of reduced student contribution fees in 2021. Please note, students are required to complete the course in 2021. Any remaining short course units that are commenced in 2022 would not be Commonwealth supported under the Job Ready Graduates Package funding from the Australian Government, and would be charged at a full fee, paying place.
To be eligible for entry into this course, applicants must demonstrate one of the following:
*Relevant work experience must include employment that is specific to your completed trade or diploma qualification.
Work experience must be presented on a company letterhead and be signed and dated by a delegated authority.
