On the job training. If you establish your goals early and communicate them to the team, you'll get plenty of opportunities to learn interesting things

I attended a conference, as part of my personal development budget. But other than that I have not received any formalised training as part of the grad program. I really would appreciate and benefit from some formal training I think. In terms of informal training, I have learnt how to write an interview script and run customer interviews. I have also learnt how to analyse qualitative data. I have also learnt about company metrics/business jargon.
