Turner & Townsend Australia Graduate Programs & Internships

  • Construction & Property Services

On every project and programme we've worked on, we're proud of the difference we've made.

All over the world people are using buildings, infrastructure and assets we helped to deliver. It could be the hospital they work in, the railway they travel on every day, the fuel that powers their car or the data centre they depend on at work.

For 75 years we've been helping to deliver transformational programmes across the real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors, making a difference to people's lives and ensuring a return on investment for our clients and their investors. We have set ourselves ambitious goals, and built a truly global business, transforming how we do things to make sure all of the knowledge and innovation we generate is shared throughout our global teams.

We are committed to doing business the right way and our responsibility to our people, clients, communities and planet is at the heart of every decision we make. By working in partnership with our stakeholders, we aim to overcome some of the world's biggest challenges.

In 2017, we became a participant of the United Nations Global Compact and aligned our approach to the Global Compact's ten principles and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We have mapped our approach to 11 SDGs and prioritised four that are the most material to our business; SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG5: Gender Equality, SDG 9: Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure, SDG11: Sustainable Cities & Communities. We are determined to play our part in achieving these goals to help end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all. We have set a clear framework to embed our four corporate responsibility pillars of great place to work, integrity in industry, environmental stewardship and community value within our business.

Our strategy and ambitions are overseen by our global executive board and delivered through our regional boards and networks. Each region has a dedicated CR senior sponsor and CR lead responsible for driving meaningful impact through our services and work in communities.

Our people are at the heart of our success, so we strive to create a great place to work. We promote integrity in everything that we do and apply our expertise to shape a better-built environment for future generations and, ultimately, generate value for our communities.

We recognise that being the best in the industry is about more than our bottom line. We're committed to doing the right thing and being a good corporate citizen. That means we act ethically in everything we do, hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards, and pride ourselves on our open and inclusive culture.

We also invest each year in charitable, educational and community activities, continuously strengthening our relationship with them to ensure we have a positive impact on the communities where we work.
