I love the concept of bonuses via Hack day and other competitions! I'm very satisfied with my pay

As an entry level/grad consultant we are paid all at the same rate. However, there is two cycles a year for promotions. Every year prior to the end of the finance year there is a review where you can discuss your performance and pay.

I am not on a bonus plan. But I am satisfied with the pay received. It is higher than any other offer I got.
