The interview process was very smooth, Kelsey and Sam both made me feel incredibly welcome and were very friendly! They asked the right question!

They explained the role in depth, and they encouraged me to ask questions throughout the interview. It was a very friendly atmosphere and I felt very comfortable through the whole experience.

Online Video interview, then 2 interviews in person.

Applied via their website. Initial screening with recruitment. Then attended an interview day where I interviewed with a previous graduate and experienced consultant. Then got a tour of the offices.

Be yourself! List out your strengths, but don't be afraid to list any weaknesses either, this company will find ways to turn those weaknesses into strengths and the people will welcome you with open arms!
