Amazing! I love how well everyone gets along with each other, in my cohort we're very well organised. The company culture is fantastic, everybody is incredibly approachable and friendly, and if they don't have an answer to a question no matter how silly I think it is they always know someone who does!

The culture is very supportive, and they really invest in their employees and want you to succeed. Our department is made up of 130 people in all different locations (office base or remote base). We are then split into our specific programs which we have been trained in, however, with in our individual team we have different levels of experience. There is a wealth of knowledge, and everyone was collaboratively in order to achieve our goal. It is encouraged to reach out to your colleagues and leaders if you're struggling with a specific case. There is also a strong socialise aspect within the company. Everything from foundation days, trivia nights, and friday afternoon drinks. They believe strongly in their values, and they lead by example. We're stronger as one.
