It is very rare for people to work additional hours; this makes for an exceptional work life balance. The structure and hierarchy are empowering - anyone can talk to anyone. There are no restrictions nor rules when communicating with people above you, and the people at the upper levels all welcome interaction and feedback. This is refreshing. Many of my colleagues have become friends, and people readily welcomed me to their existing friendship groups.
There are pockets of good and bad. We need to continue to pursue a greater diversity of thought and cultures, create an inclusive environment and flexible working arrangements.
I am a bit confused about the company structure (it would be good if there is somewhere a org structure could be displayed). Currently have not spent a lot of time in the office, I think this will be clearer when I spent more time in the office. I believe the company needs to focus on the value of togetherness (relationship between office people and crew needs to be improved)

Office workers do not have a back to back so people tend to take responsibility instead of blaming the "other crew".
Cooperation and teamwork very good, some poor cultural trends (some evident discrimination - although company working very hard to close this out). Very much currently a focus on work and work hours, not so much after work culture.
