Where the team fits in

The Sales Coordinator sits within the Residential & Commercial Sales team. We partner with our sales team and clear the path so they can to deliver best in class customer experiences and strategic outcomes to market.

With realestate.com.au being the number one destination for people interested in property in Australia, as you can imagine - the group of legends working on our little red & blue house are very passionate about what they do.

What the role is all about

  • Provide sales admin support to the National Residential and Commercial sales team
  • Assist and provide general admin support directly with our customers
  • Manage the back end of our systems to ensure bookings and subscriptions run smoothly
  • Be a triage point for customers and sales with other teams within REA
  • Provide ROI and insights to sales and customers on our products and subscriptions
  • Work on team projects/initiatives to deliver process efficiencies and operational excellence
  • Local event management and national event assistance
  • Subiaco office support
