Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
As someone who identifies with the LGBTQIA+ community, I am proud to work for P&G and am happy to see their commitment to fostering an environment of LGBTQIA+ equality and opportunity. This is also very prevalent with other minority or vulnerable groups such as people living with disability, ethnic minorities, parents of young children and women. Activities and seminars are regularly organised to set a strong precedent of respect and support of these groups within our organisation.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
P&G does not discriminate on the basis of gender, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion or any other uncontrollable factor. Equal opportunities are provided to these individuals and those who require further assistance in their work are provided with the necessary support. It is refreshing to be a part of such a diverse and accepting workforce.
