Please describe the interview process and assessments.
Application followed by game assessments to determine cognitive reasoning and function. Followed by a video interview and finally a group assessment with general tasks with FINAL individual interview after the group assessment. Individual interview has an assessment where we need to present something.

The process started with applying online. Followed by a questionnaire and problem solving challenges which tested your cognitive and interpersonal skills. It was then followed by a video interview where I had to answer 3 questions via video and send it in. Finally, it finished with an assessment centre where we were asked to collaborate with other applicants in a group activity, as well as present a 10 minute presentation based on a data extract we were provided, and then finally an interview with 2 nan employees.

The interview process was engaging and enjoyable, with initial online meetings followed by a challenging case study that allowed me to showcase my critical thinking skills. It was a reflection of the company's values and culture and I was thrilled to be offered the opportunity to join the team.

I was referred to the company by a friend. We were asked to film video responses to some interview questions. We were then asked to complete a cognitive assessment. The last step was a group interview/assessment centre.

Overall, the process was well run and it was a great experience speaking to the interviewers.

I was referred by a friend. I was then asked to film my responses to some interview questions and submit them. I was then sent a cognitive assessment to complete. After that, I was invited to an assessment centre which was a group interview.
Graduate, Sydney
First we had to complete an online application and then had to do a video interview answering a few questions. We had the assessment centre next and the 1-1 interview both on the same day.

Mainly behavioural questions.

Video Interview: In my previous jobs, what was an example of a problem that occurred, and how did you collaborate amongst your co-workers to overcome this problem? What is your biggest achievement? Why nan? Final Interview: What can you bring to nan? How do you work in a team?
Graduate, Sydney
During the interview process, I was asked the usual round of questions that you'd expect. While they weren't particularly difficult, I appreciated the chance to be completely honest and open about my experiences and qualifications. I felt that the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a candidate, and the questions were geared towards understanding my fit with the company's culture and values.
Graduate, Melbourne
I don't recall the video interview questions but the assessment centre involved working together with other candidates to invent a super-hero.

What are the projects I've worked on in the past? A challenging time and how I dealt with it?
Graduate, Sydney
Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?
Be honest and true to your answers. Confident and clear when speaking. The interviewers are only intimidating if you believe them so. Do a mock interview first to prepare
Graduate, Melbourne
Look at the companies culture & be a team player
Graduate, Sydney
I would recommend to practice answering behavioural style questions beforehand as well as to research everything about the company on their website.
Graduate, Sydney
Be familiar with the "Describe a time where" questions, and prepare to dig deep into the recesses of your memory.
Graduate, Melbourne
Understand the company. Be sure to research nan and why they do what they do. Be calm and be confident in yourself, if you make it through the stages be aware that there is a reason you have, because they see potential
Graduate, Sydney
Understand the company's goals and visions, show eagerness to learn. In the assessment centre, demonstrate some level of assertiveness and consciousness for time as you only have a certain time limit to complete the goal and some people tend to go off track.
Graduate, Sydney
Don't forget the individual exercise presentation also has some Q&A, be sure to think about how your conclusions would change depending on the availability of the data given.
Graduate, Melbourne
Practice your responses for the video questions. Be assertive in the assessment centre, a lot of times your team may go off track, ensure that the task is completed within the time limit.
Graduate, Sydney
Be yourself at the assessment centres.
