The hiring process involved a few phases. An online application was followed by a series of online assessments, a video interview and a group networking session. The process allowed you to gain an understanding of the firm and its business.
After giving transcript and cover letter there were online psychometric testing and a video interview. Next was a group information night/interview before the 2 on 1 interview.
There is a aptitude test to begin with after submitting your credentials, followed by a video interview. If successful there is then a group meet-n'-greet and then a final individual interview.
2 x interviews / one month internship.
