Salary at L'Oréal

We don't get individual bonuses and for the amount of work/pressure we receive from the company while a graduate

Standard graduate salary. Not sure about bonuses, don't think they come often

The pay is adequate. The benefits such as products, extra time off, bonuses and perks adjust for the pay.

I believe there is a trade-off in the pay for the opportunity for training and development and having the positive name of the company attached to you. The pay is fair but not overly generous

Pay is ok - I guess fairly average grad salary for the FCMG industry

It is industry standard, but they are inflexible when it comes to negotiating salary and benefits while still a graduate

Free products or discounted products from literally every brand we own (make up, skincare, haircare), we don't just get these rarely, there are products (for example testers unopened, about to expire) being dropped at the office as well as a staff shop inside at hugely discounted prices that's open twice a week. Then there's products we get due to sponsorship, for example we all got given tickets to the AO thanks to Garnier and La Roche Posay Company has the best and most perks

Free products and staff shop. Also LOVE that we have Lots of Leave where if we use our 4 weeks in a year they give us an extra 5 days.
