A lot of effort has been placed to being a champion of diversity.
There are a number of groups internally aimed at promoting these initiatives and on increasing hiring from these groups
I have been heavily involved in an extensive range of discussions around recruiting, retaining and developing a more diverse workforce. J.P. Morgan acknowledges there is more to be done but is focused on designing practices to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
