Consultants are diverse. Not a lot of women though.
FDM is committed to recruiting more women onto technical training streams, with a goal to achieve a 50% gender ratio of trainees. The trainees come from diverse ethnic backgrounds, and FDM is also very inclusive of LGBT groups.
They are doing alright in the diversity agenda. However, being an ethnic minority, I felt misunderstood by a trainer whose management style was just too authoritative and unreasonable, I felt demotivated and unconfident.
