Working Hours at DHL

6.8
6.8 rating for Working Hours, based on 5 reviews
How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
The overall approach from the business is to have some flexibility but to encourage working from the office. In operations working overtime is common.

Working hours are not flexible at all, if you request sick leave almost guaranteed to be asked to work from home. Typically, front end heavy with hours, starts at 4-6am are common and leaving at normal time, 4 to 6pm is common even with these start times.

Dependent on where I am working. In the warehouse I do not respect the way that if you do not work overtime as a salary worker there is an invisible requirement to work long hours to be respected or be deemed as a high value employee. I believe in a holistic approach to work that incorporates balance to ensure the highest quality work and culture.

one rotation i was working from home for 8 weeks. one rotation it was mixed. other rotations just in office Its good however im a personal believer in not working from home during a grad program as it gets you nowhere. As a grad it looked as just decent pay to 'learn' from home. Fix this and dont have that as a rotation because nothing was upskilled from that as a grad.
