Staff relations within the department, including between managers and staff are strong. Relations between the department and office management are poor.

Deluxe understands and values diversity at its' core. The office is very diverse with an inclusive atmosphere, and it is very clear that the only criteria people are judged on are their ability to do the job.

Very technical and not creative in any way, but there are enough work and deadlines to make the job challenging without being stressful.

Managers are always accessible via email and you can arrange one on one times when you need to. Your immediate seniors are nearly always available, particularly during your training.

The office I work in is great, it is open, and I can easily access any team member, a team of people, or manager I need.

The interview process is not lengthy like a lot of the companies are. Only some technical/ creative roles require skill assessment.

Deluxe has a simple yearly pay rise of 2% to account for inflation. Other pay rises are mainly about rising through the ranks and taking on more responsibility.
