Your role

If you are an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts or similar student looking to jump-start your career, they are offering a 6-month full-time or part-time internship based at the Carole Park, QLD or Scoresby, VIC offices/ branches. This is a unique opportunity to gain skills and knowledge while you are working full time commencing in August 2024. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Asia Pacific Corporate Responsibility Leader in executing the Asia Pacific Corporate Responsibility strategy.

In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Developing and drafting training materials and conducting training sessions for new CR processes and procedures implemented within the region
  • Assisting in the tracking and following up regional data as required for project scorecards on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Providing support to the Corporate Responsibility Program for Asia Pacific through the administering of the MyCommunity Database, and local partnership Programs.
  • Conducting research and investigation projects into specific areas of CR
  • Providing support to CR leadership Champions in the Asia Pacific

About you

To qualify for this undergraduate internship, it is essential that you:

  • Are currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Arts/Human Resources/Management/Project Management or similar.
  • Have between 1 and 8 units of study left to complete your undergraduate degree as of January 2025
  • Are available for the full 6 months and be willing to defer your studies for that duration.

To be successful in this role, you will possess skills/or be able to perform:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint computer programs
  • Be open to mentoring and professional development.
  • Work autonomously with the support of a mentor and remotely as required.
