Very satisfied with my managers. My current manager makes a great mentor and I would love to be able to be her mentee over my career at CSL, not just in my graduate program. They constantly look to develop and ensure you're learning more and getting exposed to different things within the company. They always give feedback and praise and constructive criticism when necessary, and I really enjoy shadowing them and learning from their styles of work.

I am very satisfied with my managers. Although they are busy at times (which is to be expected), they do make the time for me when I need it and are honest and constructive in the feedback they provide.

My managers are accessible and invested in my development as part of their team. They touch base frequently regarding how everyone is tracking with their day to day work and also schedule one-on-one catch ups to discuss development plans and career goals. Recognition and feedback is always provided upon completion of projects.
