Previously not strong in sustainability, currently working hard to change this. As a pharmaceutical company, helping save lives is a core value of the company.

I have seen that they run some webinars to educate employees about LGBT+ and indigenous peoples issues. However, this is all I see my company do and I do not see much of a push for people to get involved in these initiatives. I find my company a bit behind the times in this arena. For example, I do not see much of an effort to get involved in things such as pride month.
