In speaking to my managers, I have certainly been told that I have the potential to progress through the organisation, however what this may look like has never been given much clarity or definition.
Graduates have a 100% retention rate at CSL. Securing an ongoing full-time role after the graduate program is not guaranteed however we have had 100% of grads transition into ongoing roles. Promotion and career progression comes with experience and I am not yet familiar with the way it works at CSL.
The company is constantly expanding and opportunities frequently arise for those with the required experience.
