CSC encourages a strong culture, which trickles down to be beneficial in my role. From elevator chats to coffee meet ups the culture enables me to know who to talk to and feel comfortable approaching other employees when required. The open plan office encourages mingling among ranks enabling strong cooperation and teamwork proving productive for output.

People are relaxed in the office, but are focused on their work. There's an ease and approachability to everyone which is great. Although there is a hierarchy, the structure of it is quite flat. The CCO and CEO often wander around saying hi to everybody. After work has been incredibly relaxed as well. Peers and colleagues from multiple business areas will come to debrief but also, chat about what's going on in their lives.

In-office culture is fantastic, very supportive and everyone is willing to lend a hand. Not as much out-of-office culture, but that can be a negative or a positive depending on the person.
