Australia Post Graduate Stories

In my first week at Post, I was lucky enough to be part of the launch of our new recognition program Thank you. This allowed me to be directly involved in running activities throughout the week to support employee wellbeing.

I applied for the program due to hearing about the amazing culture and diversity at Australia Post.

I decided to apply for the Australian Post graduate program because I wanted to work for an iconic Australian business, which closely aligned with my goals of working in the international logistics industry.

I have always believed that graduate programs are the ideal kick start to a career. They offer you a taste of different areas of a business before you deep dive into a role.

In my time in the graduate program, Australia Post has undoubtedly delivered a diverse range of learning experiences that continue to challenge and push me to this day.

Throughout my time at Post, I have developed skills in stakeholder engagement, change management, storytelling and presentation, resilience, productivity, customer service, and personal empowerment.

I was immediately interested in Australia Post after reading about how invested in their graduates they were, and how flexible the program was.

With an interest in business but no prior experience, the ability to rotate across different areas of Australia Post as a business generalist grad really appealed to me.
