AMP is very flexible - it doesn't matter how you get your job done, or where you get it done, as long as the work you are producing is up to standard and meeting expectation. There is a lot of responsibility and accountability placed on managing your work in a way that works for you. Everyone is very supportive and welcoming. The grad culture is amazing - it's a real community. With about 35 grads in our cohort, its big enough to have a real community feel, but not too big that you get lost in it. There's lots of socialising in the grad cohort, as well as in your wider teams.

Office - extremely vibrant atmosphere where most colleagues are willing to have a chat and help out when needed. Despite a hierarchical structure, for the most part it seems quite flatly organised however transparency can sometimes be an issue After hours - Once again, extremely vibrant, many colleagues love to catch up after work for a drink or just to socialise
